As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You will provide differentiated customer service, accurately perform cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support opening and closing store activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions

- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Supporting opening and closing store activities

- Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty

- Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed

- Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

To qualify, you must be at least 16 years old and able to:

- Remain upright on your feet for sustained periods

- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally

- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 30.

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00 - $22.00 per hour.
