## Description

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to oversee and manage our logistics strategy and operations, maximizing process efficiency and productivity.

As a Shipping Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring alignment with organisational goals and process development in life science/biological field

- Leading shipping Department's automation and optimisation projects, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing solutions

- Overseeing and managing transportation, including inbound logistics, internal transfers, and outbound shipping

- Collaborating with departments to identify and maintain resources needed for an effective supply chain

- Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycles to ensure timely scheduling and accurate delivery

- Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety

- Monitoring and analysing operational performance metrics to achieve KPIs and drive continuous improvement

- Managing risk and upholding satisfactory service quality

- Developing and overseeing the operational budget

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ years as a Shipping/Logistics Manager with team development experience

- Experience in logistics team transformation and automation projects

- Excellent analytical and presentation skills using MS Excel, Access, or Power BI

- BA or MS in supply chain, logistics, or similar relevant field

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus

- Operational APICS certificate such as CSCP, CLTD, or CTSC is a plus
