## Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Parma, Modena. This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and important member of a growing, well-funded company.

You'll collaborate with Italy's most premium and regarded restaurants. As a member of the regional sales team, you will report to the Sales Lead and your role will focus on developing new relationships with restaurants and stores.

Responsibilities:

- Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organised fashion.

- Support partners in joining Deliveroo, providing the best experience to them.

- Communicate with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.

- Help restaurant owners/managers overcome any barriers or hesitations.

- Attend restaurant and food meet-ups.

Requirements:

- You must be comfortable with targeting new business and have Sales Experience.

- The job requires confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers.

- Experience in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients.

- You will need to be comfortable with negotiations.

- Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.

- You will need to be tenacious.

- Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

Compensation:

- National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario.

- Classification Level: Livello 4.

- Total target compensation (OTE): €35,200 – €44,000 gross per year.

- Base salary range: €17,200 – €26,000.
