## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, Embodied Intelligence Algorithm to join our team at Porsche Engineering Group GmbH in Shanghai.

You will support the design, development, and optimisation of robotic systems, including control systems, motion planning, perception algorithms, and mechanical structures. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and operating robotics CI/CD and simulation toolchains to support software deployment, contributing to the development and deployment of VLA-related technologies, and performing testing, debugging, and validation of robotic prototypes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, with solid coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills is required. Experience in robotics development frameworks and tools such as NVIDIA Isaac or similar robotics toolchains is a plus.

In this role, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify business opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with requirements. You will also stay up to date with robotics industry trends and apply new technologies and best practices in your daily work.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the design, development, and optimisation of robotic systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python

- Solid coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with robotics development frameworks and tools such as NVIDIA Isaac or similar robotics toolchains

- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning

- Strong passion for robotics, technological innovation, and emerging technologies

- Analytical and logical mindset with the ability to independently identify, analyse, and solve problems

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
