## Description

Inside NVIDIA, the Software Power Profiling team is the power measurement authority for our most strategic platforms , RTX Spark, DGX Spark, discrete GPU desktop and notebook, and data center.

As a team lead, you will lead, grow, and mentor a cross-site team of power and infrastructure engineers across Pune and Bangalore. You will drive the team's power profiling authority across the full product lifecycle, own the physical lab, shape measurability from pre-silicon through production, close power gaps, and lead cross-company power engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead, grow, and mentor a cross-site team of power and infrastructure engineers

- Drive the team's power profiling authority across the full product lifecycle

- Own the physical lab , run a temperature-controlled, instrumented measurement lab

- Shape measurability from pre-silicon through production

- Close power gaps and own release readiness

- Lead cross-company power engagement

- Own the team's infrastructure portfolio and energy compliance

Requirements:

- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of overall industry experience

- 5+ years of engineering management experience

- Deep background in power systems, computer architecture, and SoC/platform power

- Experience running or closely supporting a hardware measurement lab

- Demonstrated ability to engage across the full program lifecycle

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

- Hands-on power profiling experience

- Intimate knowledge of Windows on Arm or client SoC platforms

- Experience leading silicon bring-up power profiling

- Track record of building or leading power regression infrastructure or automated test/analysis pipelines at scale

- Experience with AI/agentic workflow development applied to lab automation, failure triage, or report generation
