## Description

As a Technical Level Designer at Ubisoft Sofia, you will create and implement system design elements into the game, acting as a technical reference and bridge between tech and design.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Participating in the prototyping and production of technical elements of a feature

- Helping the Level Design Team balance technical constraints and creative vision

- Participating in the data optimization phase of the project and validating the Level Design Team's compliance with technical constraints

- Creating gameplay metrics and ensuring they are kept by the team

- Being a technical reference to the team by understanding, applying, and creating best practices

- Proactively providing feedback and suggestions on improving tools and methods

- Collaborating with all teams on creating, testing, and implementing new gameplay features

- Designing and implementing complex, abstract, or technically challenging elements that impact the entire game

We require:

- Familiarity with game engines such as UE5, UE4, Unity, etc. (plus)

- Strong attention to detail, adaptable, proactive, and autonomous

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to clearly express ideas, both spoken and written

- Good level of English

- Curiosity and drive to understand how things work

- Eagerness to learn

- Effective collaboration with other team members
