## Description

Opening. This role is responsible for supporting the global travel and expense management process. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to develop and implement tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

## What you'll do

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Innovative KI-Projekte im Travel Management

- Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Reports und Auswertungen für das Top-Management

- Kreative Gestaltung von Präsentationen

- Steuerung und Bearbeitung von Schnittstellenthemen unter anderem mit dem Reisebüro

- Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (Prüfung von Vertragsraten, Abwicklung und Verrechnung des Porsche Flugshuttles sowie Prüfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen)

## What you need

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:

- Ein Studienplatz für Tourismusmanamgment, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, International Business oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (mindestens im 3. Semester oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master)

- Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel und PowerPoint)

- Zahlenaffinität und eine systematische Arbeitsweise

- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine starke Kundenorientierung

- Begeisterung für Mobilitäts- und Travelthemen
