## Description

ABM UK is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning/Waste Operative to join our night shift team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, including effective waste management. You will play a key role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for all site personnel during night-time hours.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal. Manage and segregate waste in accordance with site and environmental regulations. Operate cleaning and waste handling equipment safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are maintained and stored correctly. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: Experience in cleaning and/or waste management preferred but not essential; training can be provided. Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours. Good attention to detail and strong work ethic. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for long periods. Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours. Willingness to undergo necessary background checks and health screening. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in industrial or commercial environments.
