## Description

The Director, Agency Recruitment and Development will play a pivotal role in advancing the agency recruitment agenda and driving new recruitment projects to grow the agency force aggressively.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic input into the design, review and ongoing enhancement of competitive recruitment programs and campaigns.

- Oversee and lead recruitment initiatives and special projects, mobilizing agency stakeholders.

- Play an integral role in advancing industry recruitment by partnering with relevant stakeholders.

- Provide rigorous oversight of recruitment activities from preparation through implementation.

- Design and promote effective recruitment seminars, developmental and motivational workshops and engagement initiatives.

- Collaborate with Field Force, Agency Directors and different departments to formulate an efficient work process.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree holder in Business Studies, Management or Finance related subjects.

- At least 10 years of work experience in insurance industry with minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.

- Good knowledge of agency operations and the system in driving desired behaviors.

- Proven track record of achieving results and initiating changes.

- Good team player, strategic thinker and work under tight timeline.

- Good analytical and project management skills, and strong business sense.

- Good organization skills and attentive to details.

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
