## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for its North America GTM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a field marketing strategy that drives growth and demand for the company's products.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue. They will be fluent in Salesforce and marketing attribution, and have a track record of reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven-figure deals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building the engine that fills the funnel for priority industries

- Developing and executing the North America field plan for two to three industries

- Partnering with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists

- Designing the program mix, including executive dinners, industry conferences, and account-based plays

- Creating the vertical narrative with Product Marketing

- Managing event budgets and timelines, and reporting pipeline created and cost per opportunity

- Analyzing program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data
