## Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology Security Senior Engineer to join our team at Honda's manufacturing facility in Marysville, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational technology security of our manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, networking, and industrial control systems. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of regional OT security initiatives, providing technical support, and managing project activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading communication meetings and providing technical support to site members

- Achieving and maintaining equipment asset visibility targets through vulnerability and intrusion detection systems

- Leading annual remediation plans and supporting investigation and resolution of alerts from the IDS system

- Achieving and maintaining equipment backup targets and providing technical support for resolving issues

- Contributing as a subject matter expert in developing OT security tools, systems, and processes

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

- 2+ years of experience with machine control networks / industrial control systems (ICS)

- Basic understanding of communication networks and cybersecurity fundamentals

- Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity

- Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with customers and internal project teams

- Business acumen in a technical environment
