## Description

We are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, share your extensive knowledge of beauty trends and techniques, and help build a personalized shopping experience for each customer.

**Customer Sales Experience**

- Provide personalized sales service to customers, ensuring they have a fantastic experience in the beauty zone.

- Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and offer specialized sales advice.

- Use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate a different thought process.

- Be a brand expert, answering customer questions in detail and providing product knowledge to maximize sales.

**Operational**

- Educate customers on various products, explaining how they address their needs and leveraging the CVS beauty monthly sampling program.

- Participate in and represent company sales programs or events that positively impact business.

- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and other beauty-specific promotional materials.

- Maintain a clean and organized beauty zone, adhering to hygiene standards.

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing training/educational programs.

- Execute the established sales plan, meeting sales budget and tracking progress.

- Participate in sales training meetings and conference calls.

- Compete with yourself to beat prior sales goals and maximize sales budget.

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to stand and/or move throughout the store for the majority of work time.

- Able to stoop, kneel or crouch, and reach or grasp objects.

- Ability to perform duties requiring manual dexterity.

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

- Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task and work independently.

- Available to work a flexible retail schedule.

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (in specific stores).

- Must be at least 18 years old.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience.

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands.

- Strong passion for beauty.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:** 40
