## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Development Representative in the Nanjing NJX Sub-branch. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies, acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads, and delivering high-quality service to our highest-value personal clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing strong working relationships with relevant business areas

- Delivering high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction

- Acquiring new customers via bank channels or self-generated leads

- Providing excellent service to clients and completing simple retail sales

- Working closely with business areas such as Wealth Management and Personal Banking, and Marketing

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Minimum of one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience

- Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM products, mortgages, etc.

- Knowledge of changing laws and regulations governing banks and the finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets

- Strong presentation and sales skills, objection-handling techniques, and ability to work under pressure

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service orientation

- Ability to attain professional and regulatory qualifications as required by the market and internal standards as required by HSBC
