## Description

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the health of a video game account project in terms of stakeholder management, staffing, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage project deliverables and ensure they meet client and business requirements

- Ensure staffing is appropriate and schedules are aligned with client coverage

- Create invoices and manage project finances

- Analyze performance trends and data to impact quality and efficiency

- Foresee business risks and develop preventative plans

- Implement and monitor metrics to evaluate team performance and meet KPIs

- Manage client relationships and act as a brand champion

- Oversee day-to-day communication between leads and clients

- Provide training, leadership, and guidance to Team Leads

- Conduct performance management and create development plans for team members

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of operations management experience in a BPO setting

- Strong analytical skills and ability to create financial and performance reports

- Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, GSuite, and advanced Google Sheet formulas

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong client management skills and ability to resolve conflicts efficiently
