## Description

We are seeking a Vice President for Internal and External BBI Resolution Reporting at Barclays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of internal and external BBI resolution reporting requirements, including internal governance processes and support of other requirements as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate prudential regulatory reporting risks

- Provide oversight on regulatory reporting and maintain open communication with regulators

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities

- Analyse and present regulatory data to support decision-making

- Develop and implement training programmes for employees on regulatory requirements

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the bank in meetings with regulators

- Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory reporting systems and software applications

- Plan resources, budgets, and policies, and manage and maintain policies/processes

- Deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls

- Collaborate with other areas of work to provide business-aligned support

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought

- Seek out, build, and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Previous experience of working in a Regulatory Reporting role

- Proven ability to meet tight timelines

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders

- Strong analytical/problem-solving mindset

- Proven experience of managing projects in the delivery of a change agenda

- Experience of working across multiple business areas, functions, and locations

- Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word & MS Suite
