## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Newtownbreda as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 14:00-18:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a hands-on, high-pressure role, you'll handle pace, stay calm under pressure, and deliver warm, five-star service. You'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using digital tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Juggling orders and queues while delivering quality under pressure

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly and working where needed with pace

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective. You'll focus on delivering five-star service and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
