## Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and brand management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Training: Participate in our training program to learn about our products, services, and sales strategies.

- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, and establish friendly and professional relationships with customers.

- Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and communicate with Account Sales Managers (ASMs) on daily priorities.

- In-Route Support: Cover ASM routes as needed, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- Off-Route Support: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

**Requirements:**

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage

**Career Path:**

- Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager (ASM) roles.
