## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and driving sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

You'll work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours during peak periods.

In return, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
