## Description

As a Hardware Commodity Specialist III, you will develop negotiation strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers pertaining to Electrical/Control sub-systems for data centers or other mission critical facilities.

You will create and execute strategic sourcing projects that support the team's development of an end-to-end sourcing plan globally, influencing suppliers' manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Negotiating and implementing supplier agreements/contracts

- Analyzing and determining cost reduction opportunities

- Analyzing and understanding data to create accurate forecasting

- Leading sourcing engagements and competitive bidding

- Working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers

- Tracking internal metrics for executing projects and sourcing plans

- Making optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope

- Developing long-term department strategies

- Domestic and international travel up to 25% may be required

The role requires 40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a salary range of $147,900 - $200,100.
