## Description

We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. As a Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for sharing advanced product information with partners, analyzing sales opportunities, and achieving quotas.

**Responsibilities**

- Share information about our products, services, promotions, and configurations with partners.

- Analyze sales opportunities and share relevant sales materials with partners within a designated area of focus, while actively seeking upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities.

- Achieve assigned quotas for our products, services, and software by effectively promoting and selling them.

- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, outlining sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation in adherence to legal and ethical practices.

- Collaborate with a team of sales professionals, engaging in transactional selling activities.

- Engage with partners to manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.

- Provide insights and guidance to partner business managers or end-user sales teams regarding partners' capabilities and strengths.

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders within partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.

- Monitor partner performance against targets, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies and recommendations to partners.

**Education & Experience**

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
