## Description

We are currently looking to recruit an Investment Funds lawyer of at least 5-6 years PQE to join our Investment Funds Team in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will ideally be a 5-6+ PQE lawyer having trained in either a top-tier Luxembourg firm or international firm and will have an ambition to support the growth and development of our Luxembourg employment team, as part of a global offering.

The role will involve providing day-to-day legal advice to HR professional clients and their in-house legal teams. It will also involve litigation and work investigations, supporting our white-collar crime team with the HR aspects of regulatory investigations. In addition to the contentious practice, there will also be an opportunity to help our clients deliver solutions within the M&A and outsourcing space.

Responsibilities:

- Adviase clients on a variety of legal issues

- Manage and supervise Junior Associate and Associate

- Represent the Firm towards its clients and the Fund Industry associations

- Participate in the Fund Practice group and the knowledge sharing through the Firm

- Be actively involved in the Firm’s business development in Luxembourg and abroad

- Work closely with other departments (cross-practice) and offices (cross-border)

Requirements:

- Minimum a Master 2 in Law

- At least 5-6 years of experience in investment funds in Luxembourg

- Qualified in Luxembourg bar

- Solution-oriented, conscientious and provide a high-standard work

- Excellent communication, teamwork skills

- Perfect knowledge of both oral and written English and French. German language is an additional plus and would be considered a real asset

- Outgoing personality, pro-activity and efficiency
