## Description

As a Hub Manager at Coolblue, you will lead a team of 25-40 bicycle couriers in your region.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Leading your team to achieve weekly customer satisfaction and efficiency goals

- Coaching team members to reach their individual targets and personal growth

- Ensuring your team functions optimally, with clear expectations and adherence to Coolblue standards

- Onboarding new package handlers

- Being a role model for our core values

- Managing shift start-ups, handovers, and closures

- Maintaining deployable bicycles and a clean, safe work environment

- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the operational delivery process

In return, you will receive:

- A gross monthly salary between €2500 and €3400, depending on experience
