## Description

We are seeking a Personal Financial Service Representative to join our International Wealth Management and Premier Banking business in retail banking branches.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality professional services to meet and exceed customer service standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Branch Customer Services Manager and other teams to achieve KPIs and deliver quality services to customers.

- Support Premier Relationship Managers (PRMs) in serving Premier customers, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Perform branch operational tasks, such as account opening, transaction processing, and documentation.

- Develop multi-service skills and maintain flexibility in service task rotation and assignment.

Requirements:

- University degree or above.

- Experience in the financial industry.

- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proactive and business-oriented.

- Familiarity with banking regulations and financial systems.

- Basic English communication skills are desirable.

Licenses/Qualifications:

- Trust industry business personnel license.

- Band 7 requires foreign exchange business handling and review personnel certification and bank internal control and internal audit testing, or experience as an internal auditor for over a year.
