## Description

As a Satellite Technician II with GDIT, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by applying your intermediate 'hands-on' work experience in support of installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Performs installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems.

- Shares technical knowledge to solve complex problems.

- Supports installations, repair, and troubleshooting or maintenance of communications systems or equipment.

Requirements:

- Education: High School Diploma/GED

- Experience: 1+ years of related experience

- Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with DSCS or Commercial Satellite Terminals, X, C, KA, Ku-band, Tri-band Satellite Terminals, FDMA, TDMA, IP Type satellite modems

- Security Clearance Level: SECRET

- US Citizenship Required
