## Description

We are seeking a Service Assistant to join our team at Porsche Approved & Service Zentrum Hamburg Nordost. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting the service area, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Represent Porsche Niederlassung Hamburg and provide first personal greeting and support to customers and guests

- Schedule appointments and provide information about after-sales services and offers

- Plan service appointments and customer mobility as needed

- Manage cash transactions

- Prepare and coordinate appointments with service advisors and parts department

- Prepare orders and maintain customer and vehicle master data

- Handle insurance-related tasks

- Explain service invoices and create them

- Prepare vehicle documents for vehicle pickup

- Create visit evaluations

**Requirements:**

- Completed training as an automobile salesman or similar qualification

- Relevant experience in after-sales services and familiarity with the system landscape of a car dealership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Structured and organised work style with good comprehension

- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as teamwork

- Fluent German and good English language skills
