## Description

As a Cluster Revenue Analyst at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, you will directly report to the Cluster Director of Revenue on property. Your main goal will be to help implement the hotel's pricing strategy by market segment, taking into account booking patterns, market demand, and maximizing the organization's financial performance.

You will focus on managing inventory and analyzing market data to provide actionable insights for the Cluster Director of Revenue. You will collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, and reservations to enhance their work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing revenue, sales, and market data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps

- Developing and implementing pricing strategies and managing inventory across channels to maximize revenue and market share

- Monitoring competitors' strategies, pricing, and market conditions to identify opportunities

- Maintaining and utilizing revenue management systems and tools such as Opera Cloud and RMS

- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to align strategies and resolve issues

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business

- At least 1.5 years of experience in luxury segment hotel revenue in Singapore

- Strong understanding of market segments, channel mix, and revenue tools

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with industry-specific software

- Strong quantitative skills to interpret large datasets and identify performance trends
