## Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support the RFP function at Howden Re, a global reinsurance broker and risk, capital & strategic advisor.

The Graphic Designer will produce accurate, on-brand design for proposals and presentations, ensuring deadlines are met and design standards are consistently applied.

**Design Execution**

- Produce PowerPoint presentations and proposal documents using approved templates.

- Apply brand and design guidelines consistently.

- Implement feedback accurately and efficiently.

**Operational Support**

- Support Senior Designers and the Design Manager on live RFPs.

- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with clear communication on progress.

**Accuracy & Standards**

- Check work for formatting, consistency, and visual accuracy before handover.

- Follow agreed folder structures, version control, and filing standards.

**Learning & Development**

- Build understanding of RFP processes and proposal expectations.

- Develop technical design capability over time.

The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000-120,000.
