## Description

Join Spotify's Ad Sales Training & Enablement team as a lead and help the global Sales organization perform at its best. You will design and deliver learning experiences that keep sellers confident, informed, and customer-focused.

### Responsibilities

- Lead global product enablement initiatives across Spotify Advertising

- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Operations, Product, and Sales Leadership to support go-to-market readiness for new ad products

- Design and deliver training programs that help sellers understand Spotify's advertising solutions

- Translate complex product concepts into clear guidance

- Build and maintain scalable enablement resources

- Support enablement for internal sales teams and external/vendor partner organizations globally

- Create role-specific product training experiences

- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions

- Reinforce key sales skills

- Measure program effectiveness and gather seller feedback

### Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, product enablement, product marketing, ad operations, or a related field

- Experience working with advertising products, ad platforms, programmatic solutions, measurement products, or digital media offerings

- Ability to simplify complex product information into clear guidance

- Passion for helping sellers understand customer needs and product solutions

- Experience supporting product launches, change management, or go-to-market readiness initiatives

- Ability to build engaging learning experiences

- Comfortable facilitating trainings and presenting to groups

- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

- Experience supporting vendor or partner sales organizations globally

- Experience in media sales, media buying, or digital advertising

### Location and Benefits

- Flexible work arrangements with 2 in-person meetings per week

- Up to 25% travel required

- $87,210–$124,586 USD base salary, plus equity
