## Description

The Redbridge Mental Health Support Team (MHST) is seeking an Educational Psychologist to join their team as an EMHP Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild-moderate mental health difficulties, supervising Education Mental Health Practitioners, and providing whole school mental health support to school staff and the wider community.

The role involves:

- Delivering evidence-based interventions directly to children, young people, and their families

- Supervising Education Mental Health Practitioners who deliver low-intensity CBT-based guided self-help interventions

- Providing whole school mental health support to school staff and the wider community

The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate diploma in Children and Young People's Mental Health Supervision or be willing to undertake the one-year Postgraduate Diploma at a London University alongside the role. Applicants must be HCPC registered and will be subject to DBS checks.
