## Description

Capital One is seeking an Associate Tech Recruiter to join the Students & Grads Talent Acquisition Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing candidates through the recruiting and selection process, providing consulting and guidance to the S&G Talent Acquisition teams, and participating in projects to enhance the recruiting experience.

Responsibilities:

- Full life-cycle recruitment, including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process

- Candidate management, with strong organisational and communication skills

- Partner with hiring managers and business group leads to understand unique talent needs

- Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters

- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

- Source top talent using innovative sourcing techniques

- Build relationships with candidates and direct them to the right role or opportunity

- Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision

- Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting

- Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at the designated office location.

The salary range for this role is: McLean, VA: $81,700 - $93,300 per year Richmond, VA: $74,200 - $84,700 per year
