## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section, working late nights during the holiday season. You'll provide exceptional customer service, operate digital tools, and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Details**

- Work pattern: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 22:00 to 06:00

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Under 18s are not eligible for this role due to health and safety legislation

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00

**Responsibilities**

- Deliver five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
