## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Richmond Villages Witney Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the heart of making a difference to our residents, driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.

You will be responsible for:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development

- A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment

- A naturally caring approach with a hands-on approach, helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity

- Effective communication skills to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families

- A passion for coaching, guiding, and supporting your team, as well as providing formal and informal programmes of training to colleagues and other care professionals

We offer a competitive salary of £23.20 per hour, plus a 10% night enhancement, and a range of benefits, including a thorough induction programme, ongoing training and development, and access to our online portal with a variety of resources to aid personal development.

This is a bank night shift role, working from 8pm to 8am.
