## Description

Join TransPerfect as a Sales Representative in Germany-Munich or Berlin. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing new clients through referrals, cold calling, and networking.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Source and close new clients through various means

- Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients

- Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients

- Develop an effective understanding of TransPerfect's services and present solutions to clients

- Set and manage client expectations and consult on best practices

- Manage pricing and contractual issues

- Travel domestically and internationally for conferences and client meetings

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience

- Superior communication skills in English and the local language

- Commit to a high level of integrity and service

- Deliver quality work and be service-focused
