## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Cuauhtemoc. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with our Premier Relationship Managers to understand client needs, provide expert advice, and help them make informed decisions about their financial products and services.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high net worth individuals and businesses

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
