Become an Engineering Manager for one of our teams in Berlin. You’ll lead a team of engineers working on products and systems that create meaningful impact for our customers and our business.

### What will I be doing?

- Partner with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape team direction and strategy.

- Translate strategy into clear goals, priorities, and measurable impact with the help of your team.

- Enable your team to achieve high levels of productivity, performance, reliability, and quality.

- Teach, mentor, coach, and act as a role model for engineers and other engineering managers.

- Create a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture focused on fast, focused, high-impact execution.

- Support effective planning, decision-making, and communication across your team and wider engineering.

- Help shape and evolve our engineering culture by contributing to engineering organisation programmes.

### What skills do I need?

- Ability to lead engineering teams that deliver meaningful impact.

- Experience developing and supporting a team of engineers through personal growth and career progression.

- Track record of partnering with product and design leadership to deliver great outcomes.

- Demonstrated impact in a technical leadership or engineering management role.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.

- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.
