## Description

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Services to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The Senior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable Services will be responsible for accounts reconciliation, invoice generation, client/customer/employee record maintenance, aging reports, and AR aging reviews.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment

- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared

- Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger

- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail

- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to accounts receivable so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing

- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience in accounts receivable (or accounts payable)

Background Verification (BGV): Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
