## Description

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager East / Tokyo to lead our On Premise team in Tokyo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing regional business plans, and leading a high-performing team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement regional On Premise business plans to meet ambitious company goals

- Lead and coach a team of On Premise professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business

- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategically important customers and industry contacts

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform business decisions

- Manage and optimize team resources, including budget and promotional materials

- Ensure high-quality execution of events and activations

**Requirements:**

- 5-10 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success

- 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment

- Deep knowledge and strong network in the On Premise environment (nightlife, gastronomy, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
