## Description

As a Manufacturing Supervisor at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

You will make an impact by:

- Promoting a safe and sustainable working environment through modeling safe behaviors and recognizing and resolving safety-related problems.

- Establishing priorities and allocating work assignments to meet specific daily production requirements using lean management processes.

- Monitoring production rates, yields, and quality of products, and communicating results to employees.

- Leading, coaching, and developing employees through direct supervision and floor presence.

- Representing plant leadership through supporting initiatives across the plant.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma, GED, or higher, and seven years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, quality, or supply chain.

- Or, a bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline, and two years of supervisory experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

- Previous supervision experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- MS Office proficiency.

- Experience leading daily tier management processes and improvement projects.

This position will fill the vacancy for a 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM overnight shift with rotating days off.

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,591 - $116,834, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
