## Description

We are seeking a Powertrain Design Engineer to join our team at AVL Hungary Kft.

As a Powertrain Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Creating 3D and 2D designs, either independently or based on instructions from lead engineers

- Performing DMU checks and preparing documentation related to design activities

- Communicating with suppliers and customers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A BSc or MSc in mechanical engineering or equivalent

- Relevant professional experience in vehicle engine and/or powertrain component design, hybrid- and/or electrified powertrain component design, or special purpose machine design (an advantage)

- Good communication skills

- B2 level proficiency in English and/or German

- Knowledge of MS Office and at least one CAD system (Creo, Catia V5/V6, or NX)
