Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, planning, and execution for payment solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

**Job Responsibilities:** The ideal candidate will define product requirements and roadmaps, manage the product lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional project execution, prioritize product enhancements, gather and analyze customer and market feedback, and ensure successful product delivery.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

### Strategy & Roadmap

- Own product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions, including Payment Gateway, Payouts, B2B/B2C Transfers, and more.

- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to shape the roadmap and identify new opportunities.

- Identify and scope AI/automation use cases with clear business impact.

- Drive go-to-market execution with Sales and Marketing.

### Delivery & Execution

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.

- Prepare PRDs, user stories, and process flows; drive backlog prioritization and release planning.

- Define and monitor product KPIs and act on operational gaps and risks.

### Compliance & Risk

- Ensure products comply with regional/country regulations and card scheme rules.

- Partner with Compliance and Risk teams early in the lifecycle.

### Stakeholder & Partner Management

- Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products.

- Build relationships with banking partners, payment schemes, regulators, and tech/payment vendors.

- Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and delivery status to management and stakeholders.

### Team & Culture

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in payments, fintech, or financial services.

- Proven track record owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.

- Working knowledge of payment infrastructure, Payout, card schemes, and digital payment methods.

- Familiarity with regional financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

- Skilled in product documentation, stakeholder management, and communication.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent workstreams.
