## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director, Business Development to lead strategic initiatives that extend EA SPORTS franchises beyond core game experiences. The successful candidate will report to the VP, Business Development, and work closely with EA Ventures to identify, evaluate, structure, and execute partnership opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strategic partnerships to extend EA SPORTS franchises into new fan experiences, platforms, and business models

- Collaborating with EA Ventures to support EA's Beyond Game strategy

- Evaluating emerging opportunities across sports media, creator ecosystems, AI, digital platforms, and connected experiences

- Managing partnerships from opportunity identification through execution, launch, and ongoing governance

- Working cross-functionally with EA SPORTS Business Development, franchise leadership, studios, product management, brand and marketing, legal, finance, and corporate development

- Monitoring market trends and assessing competitive activity

- Developing strategic recommendations to position EA SPORTS at the forefront of fan engagement beyond gameplay

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and product development within gaming, sports, media, or technology. They will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to align multiple internal and external stakeholders.
