## Description

We are seeking a qualified and forward-thinking Lawyer to join our office in Riyadh.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel for EMEA based in the Firm’s London office, the position will involve the provision of legal counsel and assistance to the Firm’s ME offices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Contracts: negotiating the Firm’s contracts with major corporate customers and suppliers

- Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance

- Sanctions: assisting in determining whether certain work can be performed

- Know your clients: assisting in the onboarding of new clients and providing training to staff

- Corporate secretarial: attending to key governance functions

- Ad hoc projects, including working on future new office openings

- Assisting with responding to client-related surveys and questionnaires

**Requirements:**

- Qualified lawyer with a background in contract negotiation and drafting skills

- Experience in managing projects and compiling and delivering training

- Experience in corporate, commercial contract, and money laundering laws

- Experience of practising at a large or mid-sized law firm, preferably one with a substantial global practice

- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills

**Preferred Skills:**

- Fluency in Arabic or other languages

- Experience in employment or data privacy
