As an Associate Quality Designer, efforts will be focused on ensuring that project deliverables are being completed on time through an active participation in the test responsibilities while maintaining EA's high standard of quality. Additionally, you will focus on improving the operational efficiency of QA efforts of your pod junior testers by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new QA strategies. You will report to the Development Director. You will work onsite from the Bogota office.

Responsibilities:

You will support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on design document analysis, and manage progress.

You will support communication between testing locations to keep track of technical risks.

You will partner with development, production, design, and QV team members.

You will mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices.

You will work on quality / process improvements along with the leadership team.

You will create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope.

You will execute early risk assessment, escalation and resolution.

Qualifications:

4+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms, such as Mobile, PC or Gaming Consoles.

4+ years' of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes.

An understanding of game development, interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks.

Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
