## Description

We are looking for a Revenue Compensation Lead to join our Revenue Operations Team. This is a remote role that can be executed globally.

As a Revenue Compensation Lead, you will play a key role in scaling our compensation operations. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales Leadership to design and maintain the systems, workflows, and governance structures that power our variable compensation programs.

Responsibilities:

- Process Design & Maintenance: Design and maintain scalable processes that support efficient compensation administration.

- Compensation Administration: Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, exceptions, and payout processes.

- Governance & Compliance: Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to support approvals, compliance, and audit requirements.

- Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards, reports, and quality assurance processes that improve visibility, accuracy, and trust in compensation programs.

- Field Support: Manage compensation-related inquiries from GTM personnel.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations at high-growth technology companies.

- Demonstrated ability to build and improve scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.

- Foundational analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
