Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.

Responsibilities:

- Provide five-star service at pace

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Digitally confident

- Resilient and committed

- Able to work across various areas of the store

- Flexible and able to work up to full-time hours during peak periods

Shift patterns:

- Sunday 06:00-10:00

- Tuesday 05:00-09:00

- Wednesday 05:00-09:00

- Saturday 05:00-09:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
