## Description

Join the M&S Café team at Fosse Park as a Customer Assistant during the Christmas period. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and operational requirements

The café operates on various shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 14:00 to 18:00. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
