## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager for GTM AI Revenue Enablement at Brex, an intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in over 200 markets.

This highly impactful, net-new role will be responsible for turning 'a bunch of AI experiments' into a governed, prioritized, production-grade AI capability for the entire GTM organization.

Responsibilities:

- Set the internal sales enablement AI roadmap and prioritize the development of AI applications and tooling across the enablement lifecycle.

- Build and standardize GTM's AI tooling stack, writing, reviewing, and shipping code.

- Make strategic judgments on whether to build or buy enablement capabilities.

- Gain a deep understanding of the sales process and identify areas where AI can create real leverage in enablement.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in a role that combines hands-on go-to-market (Revenue Ops or Enablement) with 1+ year focused on building sales-technology domain work.

- Proven ability to ship production code.

- Fluency in sales process and domain knowledge.

- Track record of defining and tracking success metrics.

- Experience driving adoption, not just deployment.

- Comfort operating with high autonomy and ambiguity.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $154,400 - $193,000.
