## Description

We're seeking a motivated Red Bull Striker to represent our brand to retail customers and store owners in a designated geographical territory. As a Striker, you will be responsible for delivering against key targets and metrics, building strong relationships with third-party partners, and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Territory Ownership: Take pride in owning your designated geographical patch, delivering against key targets and metrics, and executing excellence across various accounts.

- Business Development: Strategically approach a defined geographical territory, complete allocated calls, and help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.

- Long-term Sales Drivers: Develop relationships with key customers, drive in-store presence, and enhance Red Bull's share of space using category insights.

- Short-term Sales Drivers: Presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across corporate and independent accounts.

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG

- Strong selling skills, negotiation, and objection handling

- Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

- Valid and full driver's license required

- Proficient in written and verbal English
