## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to create, manage, develop, and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities in the East Region, delivering profitable revenue growth for the small to medium-sized customer division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively sell profitable new business within a territory to meet set KPIs and targets.

- Achieve and exceed monthly new business targets.

- Manage a sales territory and create prospect lists for business opportunities.

- Report calls, leads, quotes, and contract activity on to the Company Operating System.

- Produce and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly personal performance reports.

- Liaise regularly with Regional Commercial Manager/Depot Manager/Regional General Manager to determine sales offensives within the region.

- Act as the primary interface between Biffa and target customers.

- Conduct door-to-door sales prospecting and pricing negotiations.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience generating a sales pipeline and working with 100% new business.

- Proven track record in sales.

- Consistent overachiever of sales targets.

- Experience in telesales or other hunter sales-driven roles is essential.
