## Description

We are seeking a strong product leader to build intuitive, scalable developer experiences that help merchants integrate PayPal Pay Later into their shopping experiences.

The successful candidate will own the discovery, evaluation, integration, and launch of PayPal's BNPL offerings across various integration paths.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders

- Plan and implement architectural roadmaps balancing innovation, regulatory requirements, and customer needs

- Assess customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision-making

- Set up data gathering mechanisms to inform product success

- Lead workstreams including analytics, customer discovery, and competitive analysis

- Oversee product profitability measures, including budget

- Partner with content strategists, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers

Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

- Strong combination of technical and product acumen

- Experience developing, launching, and scaling Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) products

- Demonstrable experience in SDK and API development

- Proven ability to leverage artificial intelligence to improve product development and delivery

Salary ranges:

- New York City, NY: $196,500 - $291,500 annually

- Chicago, IL: $178,500 - $265,100 annually

- San Jose, CA: $196,500 - $291,500 annually
